New Extension Roof Leaking

Leaking again today called business number 4 times in last 3 days.

New extension roof leaking.

Should we expect the building company to rectify this. The kitchen has been extended before we moved in and the leak appeared where the new extension meets the old part of the house. Owner came out and put some sealant on ridge vent. After heavy rain just not discovered a leak.

An extension completed less than 2 years ago now has a leak in the flat roof.
